BOOK COVERS - STEPHEN KING
The aim of this brief was to redesign three book covers by a selected author as well as a slipcase to contain them as a collector's edition. Each piece could only use one PMS colour, so four could be used in total with varying percentages. I chose author Stephen King and as a respected horror writer I chose to design all the book covers in a black PMS. The illustrations were created using ball point pen, graphite and charcoal. Then inverted and made into a monotone image using Photoshop.
