A BETTER PLACE

A Better Place was a Melbourne heavy metal band. This is the cover art I created for their first EP/DVD release ‘Godless’. The theme of their EP was anti-religious. I was commissioned to illustrate an apocalyptic scene in which a priest was being executed and bats were exploding from his chest. This artwork was created using graphite, felt tip pens and charcoal.
